• Sanitising of hands on entry and exit.

• Limited seating in waiting room which allows for only ONE person for each appointment, if a support person is required please call us prior to appointment so we can arrange for this.

• Practitioners can wear PPE gear however it is not necessary. If you would like PPE gear to be worn during your appointment please consult with us as this will be arranged.

• Please be mindful of others and ensuring we keep our distance when possible.

REHABILITATION SPACE/GYM/COURT 

• You MUST report to reception first to sign in and fill out contact details

• Keep 1m distance between yourself and others.

• Spray and wipe will be provided so please ensure you wipe down equipment after use.

CLASSES 

• You MUST book in to attend a class through either of our social media accounts, phone or email.
